Our fees are very competitive, value for money and perhaps more importantly, they are fully tax deductible!

Letting Fees – Initial & subsequent Initial Letting 1.5 weeks rent + GST

Subsequent Letting - 1 weeks rent + GST Management

Management Fee - 6% inclusive of GST of gross rental monies received for each property managed.

Lease Preparation fee - $99 per lease

Marketing Fee - This includes - $350

• Professional Photography & Floorplan

• Signboard

• Internet Advertising

Routine Inspection Fee - $90.00

Annual Summary Statement - Inclusive

Property Inspections- Inclusive

Repairs & Maintenance- Fees Inclusive

Appearing at the Tribunal -$500 per application (includes Time for preparation, application fee and Staff Member representing you at NCAT)
